What is your returns / refund policy?

In the unlikely event your order does not give the satisfaction you crave, you are entitled to return any / all items for exchange or a full refund within 30 days. All we ask is that the items are packed carefully and securely, preferably in the same fully recylclable packaging they were sent in.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase fabric cable from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. You can make credit / debit card payments, pay by cheque or by bank transfer. Contact us for further details.

Can I buy via purchase order | invoice?

Yes, but only for fabric cable orders over 25m - check the Trade Price List for full details

What is the delivery time after placing my order?

UK orders received before 11am (Mon-Fri) ship same day.

UK orders over £40 (ex VAT) ship via a UPS guaranteed next business day service.

UK orders under £40 (ex VAT) are sent Royal Mail first class.

For critical orders, please ensure you have confirmed a delivery deadline with us.

Wholesalers and retailers are the bedrock of the lighting industry and we go a long way to make them happy. We gladly accept cheques, BACS, CHAPS, internet banking transfer, PayPal or Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
